NEW! Love Your Body: A 30 Day Journaling and Discussion Group
Most of us have lingering concerns about our bodies and/or health from years of media hype and yo-yo dieting. Fear tactics designed to motivate us to make changes in our weight or size left many women (and men) with negative feelings about their bodies. Many believed that by hating our current body shape/size, we would change it; but, what we learned was that body loathing only led to short-term behavior changes. And, we also learned that improved self care and increased self appreciation is what really leads to lifestyle changes that produce long-term, positive results. Our new Love Your Body 30-day journaling and online discussion group (optional) is designed to connect with the positive aspects of self care and self appreciation. It employs affirmations and journal writing to promote body acceptance and enhanced self care. Re-orienting your feelings about your body at holiday time will make meals and celebrations even more enjoyable. We will launch two LYB journaling groups, one on November 1 and November 15. E-mail for details and include the start date that you prefer to begin receiving the journal descriptions and questions.

New! Getting the Best Outcomes from Online Dating Teleclasses
Part 1: Writing Dating Profiles that Get Results: The purpose of this class is to provide some tools to use to assess your target, or find out why you want to begin on-line dating. You will begin by completing a brief questionnaire and a 15 minute coaching session by phone. The class will run for four weeks, one session per week, each lasting 1.5 hours. The special introductory offer for first time participants to participate in the teleclass only is $150. If you would like to participate in the teleclass, have your profile critiqued by the coach and experience a 30 minute personal coaching session, registration is $240.00.
Part 2: The Dating Game: Learn to read between the lines and understand the unwritten rules that don't apply in other dating formats. Re-visit your desired out-comes for on-line dating and decide what feels right for you. Zero in on methods to use to choose who and when to meet. Three weeks, 1.5 hour session each week. You must have completed Part one to register for Part 2. Fee: $300/Teleclasses $390/Teleclasses and a 30 minute coaching session and profile update.
Part 3: Now What?: Your profile is out there. You are receiving e-mail and you are ready for the next step. Learn techniques to focus and narrow your options. Become more adept at interpreting messages by honing your skills. Go head, take the next, logical step. 3 sessions 1.5 hours each week (Part 1 is a pre-requisite) Fee: $350/Teleclasses. Individual coaching packages available (see below).
Part 4: Long Distance Relationships: You are in, or want to begin a long distance relationship. Learn what works and the land mines to avoid. What are some of the best ways to navigate the distance? How can you make the best of the time between the times you are together? Are there effective ways to minimize possible long term problems for when you are together permanently? 4 sessions 1.5 hours each week for four weeks. No pre-requisite for this class. Fee: $350/Teleclasses. Individual coaching packages available (see below).
Part 5: Happily Everafter: What happens when the honeymoon phase ends? What are some methods for preparing for 'real life' during the honeymoon phase? How can you thrive during cold cereal and dirty clothes, also known as, real life? If you loose you way, how will you find your way back to the person you fell in love with? 4 sessions 1.5 hours each week for one month. No pre-requisite for this class. Fee: $350/Teleclasses. Individual coaching packages available (see below).
